Outlook 98 don’t release printer

Scenario: Windows NT 4.0 Workstation SP6 and Outlook 98.
Problem: Outlook 98 capture the printer and
don’t release it until closed. Another applicattions in the same PC can not use the printer until Outlook 98 is closed. We have 2 PC’s with the same problem.
