Outlook 98 error – missing ms097.dll

Windows 95, had this error – after adding the file it said was missing (ms097.dll) it came back with a new error – something like “cannot link shared files”, please reboot. well, reboot doesn’t work either. Checked another Windows 95 PC running Outlook 98, and that PC did NOT even have that file! Any ideas? I guess I will just re-install Outlook for now.
