outlook and rim intellisync problems

I was trying to archive old emails on my outlook and it encountered an error…I lost most of the emails I was transferring. I have them backed up on a flash drive but I don’t know the best way to import them.

Also, when I try to sync my blackberry 8100 with my laptop, it gives me an error message that says openmsgstore error.

Can anyone help?
