Outlook Express 5

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am using Outlook Express 5 on Windows 9x Operating System. I would like to copy/move my email in the directory that I define in Outlook Express 5 “Mail” to my floppy/cd that I would like to use on my computer at home, becauseyou do know that I use Outlook Express at my office to retreive all my mail. How could I do to copy/move all my mails in the Mail folder or one mail message to the floppy/cd? Thank you very much for your answers.
