Outlook Express

Hi,
I just bought a new win2000 prof. computer.
It has outlook express 5. My old computer has outlook express 4. How can I transfer my entire e-mail(inbox,sent messages,addresses,etc) from version 4 to my version 5 on the win2000 computer? I tried a couple of things but I’m unable to do it .
