Outlook Express auto-send

1) My outlook express suddenly has a strange behavior: Everytime when I close it, it says some e-mail have not been sent and they are waiting for me to send now. Even no email is written!!
I have checked for virus, trojan and upgraded from IE 5.5 to IE 6.0 (now using outlook express 6.0); sometimes I receive two copies of the same e-mails too. Very strange.

2) My broadbandith has suddenly become very slow when browsing; but it is fast when downloads files. I don’t want to re-install the software because I have forgot the password.
