Outlook Express Beta 5.5

Whenever I use Outlook Express 5.5 beta I cannot get it to decode picture files of any type. The system responds with a message that I need to turn scripting on in the area of my security settings for the zone in which I am trying to connect… But scripting is already on. Before trying the beta this worked fine. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?
