OutLook Express Error

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: ‘Hotmail’, Server: ‘http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp’, Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: ‘Bad Password’, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC32

What does that all mean? It comes up when you first open outlook express. Plus i can’t re-connect my hotmail account to it like i was able to before. What do i do? HELP…
