Outlook Express illegal function

I’m using Win98 and I faced this Ms-Outlook Express 5.0 illegal operation
every time i tried to executed my Outlook Express.

MSIMN caused an exception c0000006H in module DIRECTDB.DLL at 015f:5f585384.
