Outlook Express Message Body Problems

I have a problem recieving e-mail from two or three specific parties (all using Outlook Express 4-5). The message body seems to decode incorrectly – replacing character with an = symbol(sample below)

“Anyway hope you are all well and enjoying a true =ummer. I am so jealous. It is overcast and rainy here most of the =ime. ”

I have re-installed Outlook Express to no avail. Anyone got any bright Ideas? I’d appreciate the help as this one has me stumped.
