outlook express no access to attatch.

“outlook express has removed access to unsafe files in your mail”
This is the message that appears on the receiving computer, but if you grab the file and send it back to original computer it opens the attatchment fine. computer is virus free, andthe receiving computer has the security settings to low, apparently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
