Outlook Express Problem

when i open outlook express it is showing the error. The error is :-outlook express could not be started because your computer is low on system resources. most like;y the problem is your computer is low on memory or is unstable.

I had increased the virtual memory also, but still i am getting same message.

I am using windows xp professional.
