Outlook express problem help me

My outlook express is telling me that all my emails with attachments. The message where you would get into my atachments says
“OE removed acces to the following unsafe attachments in your mail…..” now I have been getting these for all e mails for a little while . but all the emails are from close friends so they will not be unsafe. i have been opening these before for the longest time and then it stopped abruptly with this message. Is there any help for me.
