Outlook Express thru a broadband connection

Dear all,

Our computers used to downloads pop3 mails in outlook express thru a proxy server connected to Internet. The moment we changed our Internet connection to a broadband 256kb connection thru a router, all of them are giving us the following error. I checked out that port 25 is working with no problem. please help.
