Outlook Express Will not Print

I have been working with a CPU with Windows98, and a HP 722 Printer. All of my applications will print from the screen menu or the Ctrl+P command except Outlook Express. I did add the print button to the tool bar, but that had no effect. I am at a loss how to repair this problem. My next step is to upgrade to Win98SE, hopefully that will resolve my problem. Any suggestions??
