Outlook From/To Information

Recently I bagan getting emails the show me NO heading information. The area To/From?subject is left blank on a percentage of my e-mail. Not all of my email just a portion ??
At one time I was running a “rules” that instructed Outlook to move emails that DO NOT HAVE MY NAME in the To field to go to a folder titled No NAME…I have no idea why that would affect it but I mention it as maybe a clue.

Any ideas ??
