Outlook Install

We are in the process of migrating from Notes to Outlook and were having abig problem installing on our field users. Whenever somebody has a boot partition larger than 7.4GB it comes up with a 1252.nls file went corrupt. The only way around this is by taking the hard drive and slaving it on another system to copy the file over. What makes this hard is that all of our users are country wide and were walking them through the procedure and its causing more problems. Has anybody else ran into this or know of an easier way to fix? Thanks in advnace.
