Outlook Microsoft Office 10 error

Running XP OS and Office with all SP installed. 2 months old Dell Inspiron 8200 Laptop, 500 ram 40gh drive.

Outlook freezes and I get the following

Event ID:1000

Source: Microsoft Office 10

Type: Error

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.4510.0, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.1106, fault address 0x0001a67a.

Has anyone worked with this one before and fixed it ?

Thanks
