Outlook/Outlook Express

hey guys
if any of you are pros in outlook i need your help. i am trying to get my contacts list from outlook into outlook express ver. 6 and its not going so well. i need to know a) this isnt my computer and do not know where the .wab file for the address book is located, so how do i find that, and b) from there how do i import it? please help me!! -ras
