Outlook Web Access Hangs Up

Several of our executives are getting hung up when accessing their Exchange Server 2000 e-mail via the web. They get broken image icons and nothing happens after the “Loading…” line. I can get in fine and it doesn’t appear that I have any more rights than they do, but I may be missing something.

Anyone have any ideas?
