I am a Mac user for last 6 years. Currently, I am using OS X Lion but sometimes, I get irritated with sluggish performance. Someone suggested me two ways to fix the issue.
a. Overclocking
b. Optimization

If I ask about the reliability, cost and implementation, then which is the better option?
