overheating

Hi,

I have a PC with Intel Motherboard D845PESV. with good intel fan, thermostat.

of recently it is overheating the moment it is switched on. because of the temperature sensor /thermostat it switches off itself on overheating.

have checked fan, heat sink contact etc – all well. tested with all devices disconnected.

pls advise.
