Overheating when surfing

One of my workstations with a pentium 3 processor alerts me to processor overheating when opening websites with lots of graphics. The heat ranges from 70C – 90C. On closing the site, heat range immediately returns to normal. Just noticed that it also occurs when an installation is performed.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
