Page cannot be displayed in IE 5.0/5.5

This is an issue we have noticed with IE 5.0/5.5 with 56 bit and 128 bit cipher strength.

We have a website where we upload files in secure mode (https). Occasionally, when we click the Attach button to upload the file, the “Page cannot be displayed error” occurs.

This is not an issue with Netscape. Also, we do not see this when we turn off the SSL.
