Page fault error in QuarkXPress

I’m getting alot of this error:

QuarkXPress.exe has generated errore and will be closed by Windows…

The problem is very random. We are running Quark 4.11 on Windows 2000.

It seems to be document specific, but it is happening to more and more documents. My anti-virus is current and I haven’t find any viruses that deal with this, so I don’t think it is a virus.

Please give me your questions or comments if you have had this problem. How do you fix it?
