Pagefile.sys

Where should I place the pagefile? We have a pagefile that is 1GB that is currently on a raid-5 configuration of that has pretty high disk read/writes. These drives run at 5400 rpm’s (connected via differential scsi) yet the local drives which have the NT 4 loaded on run at 7200 rpm’s. Any recommendations?
