Palm sync on two PC’s.

I would like to use my palm III xe to keep up with my work and personal schedules. I can only sync to one PC. I would like to be able to sync to my Home PC as well. Is there software to do this. If so where? Are there setting to make my PDA do this without extra software and if so how.
