Partition Error

I am facing a problem that accidently i have lost my partitions (from wrong use of Partition software).Now i am only able to recover two partitions while other two appears on recovering software but when i write back to hard disk they are empty and message shown that format it.The partitons are NTFS so on recovery softwares it shows but when write back it is RAW.One software say that partition is not mounted.Now what is solution to fix it.I already face this problem for one another partition but then recovered that by deleting others which are now unaccessilbe.
