Partition Help

I’ve procured an old NT drive with a partition that I can’t seem to delete w. FDISK. It’s divided into a C & D drive. Win98 doesn’t recognize the D drive. I’ve like to just clean the whole drive of all partitions ets. and start over.

HELP !
