Partition-magic like .NET component

Hello,
I need to implement a functionality, which is very similar to PQ magic’s disk management.

It should work with dates, be able to add, remove, resize epochs.

Like this horizontal bar in http://www.edm2.com/0503/pqmagic1.gif

Does anybody know such a component?
