Partition n data missing. Pls help me!

Guys,
I was running my pc one day and OS-Win98 suddenly crashed.I was able to reboot it but after it started, all my partitions are missing except for C drive.I’ve used Partition Magic v7.0 to partition my drives before.Could that be the culprit?How can I retrieve all my data that are saved in other partitions?I’ve tried checking Powerquest website but it led to nowhere.Is there another tool that I can seek to solve this issue?Or are my data loss permanently?
