passing file selection to ntbackup on XP

Is it possible to create a file selection to pass to ntbackup under windows XP. I know, if I create that bks file with ntbackup GUI and pass it to ntbackup command line it will work. What I want to do is create that bks file, it seems to have a special format!!! Anyone can help me on this one?
