Password for ‘Send To’ function?

In Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, etc., from the File menu there is a ‘Send To’ function which opens Outlook to fowrard files, etc. One of our users has lost this functionality. It is possible his original Windows password was deleted and then re-established on logon. Would this cause this problem? Any solutions on how to re-establish this functionality for Excel, Word, etc.
