password problem

I am spending the next 2 weeks at one of our satellite locations, to provide NT support to our engineering (software) staff. This location has gone thru 3 NT sysadmins in the past year. In all the shuffle, workstation admin passwords have been changed, and in addition to that, just about every engineer have does the same with their systems. In the end, as staff comes and goes, I need to reconfigure some systems… but without any kind of passwords I can’t get into them.

There is got to be a way to get into Windows NT or 2000, if no passwords are available…

Any suggestions?
