Password Question

Hello,
imagine you have a mixed environment with Netware 3 and 4 Servers and NT 4 Servers.
Is it possible to make synchronisation between the NW and NT userpasswords, and if yes how. It would be good to fin a solution where the user changes the password at single point and all the stuff like password expiring date, synchronization, forcing logon to change password and so on will be updated in NT and NW environment. We don’t want to use NDS with Single signon, becaus NT will be updated to W2000 soon.
The next question is to establish also synchronization between NT, NW, SAP and Host.
