Password Question

I have a 32 mb RAM, Pentium computer, with NO brand name on it, and running Win98 2nd edition. When I boot up, the password to log on comes up but it’s from the previous owner. I hit CANCEL and can get onto the system, however, how do I get rid of that window popping up?
