Password Reset

Hi,
DELL LATITUDE NOTEBOOK with WIN NT 4.
The issue, is that one of my managers has lost the NT s/w cd and other related s/w belonging to this notebook and has since resigned.
I am able to boot and get the logon screen, but as I do not know the Login UserName/password/domain for this notebook, I am not able to reallocate this notebook. Is there any way where I can reset the password and get in to try and setup the notebook so that it can be utilised?
