pc anywhere

I have a Dell pc at home (with pc anywhere for work) which I routinely do the Windows XP updates. I can dial into work ok, but when I try to use pc anywhere to remote my work pc, it can’t locate it. The only other thing I have recently done is install the kazaa software which I have removed. I read that Microsoft pulled an xp update due to a problem. I deinstalled the last 2 updates also to no avail. HELP….I need it be on call for work!
