PC Anywhere

We use Symantec PC Anywhere on our corporate laptop software model. After ghosting a laptop, we get an error mesaage that says there is a video compatibilty issue. We need to go into PC Anywhere and change a field from “compatible” to “default”. Ourmodel builder says that he cannot change that on the model. Is this true? We use Windows 2000 Pro.
