PC carsh

When my pc has crashed or i need to reset it without doing it the normal way i get a message just b4 everything loads up saying 1 of my discs needs to b scanned for integrity, and it says its called fat32, i let it scan but got tired afta 0% progress afta 24 hours so everytime i load up i have to wait for it and cancel this screen which adds a good 30 seconds to booting up, this as u can guess can b a bit fecking annoying. so is there anyway i can get rid of this?
