PC Error

Hi! Guys

My problem is sometime my PC is not working properly, keyboard is not working, if I’m going to remove the keyboard in device manager and restart its working ok, but after awhile the problem is going back. I already reformat my drive but I’m still encountering the same problem. any idea guys? is this bios problem? thanks in advance.
