PC keeps on rebooting

by lock_n_load07ph . Updated 18 years, 9 months ago

I format hardrive on PC1 and install WIndows Xp. It works fine. Then I transfer it to PC2, everytime I switch on the Pc, it doesnt go straigth to windows XP and a message appear as follows:
“We Apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose Last Known good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked.
If a previous startup attemp was interrupted due to a power failure or because the Power or Reset button was pressed, or if you arent sur what caused the problem, choose Start windows normally.”
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last Known good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked.
Start Windows Normally.

But whatever I choose in those option it goes on rebooting and back there again. By the way the reason why I transfer the drive to PC after installing windows because there is no way to boot on CD to PC1 for me to do the reinstallation.
Thank you for time… Hope someone can help, please!
