PC Performance

I have a user whose PC is running extremely slow. Just to open My Computer takes almost 3-4 minutes. She is running a P2 400MHz with 128MB RAM. I looked, and there really isn’t any software she doesn’t need on her PC. She has 90% of her hard drive as free space. I ran Disk Cleanup, Scandisk, and Defragmented the hard drive, and it is still running super slow. Any reccomendations?
