pc shutdown

i have windows98 and SE440 PIII board with ATX casing,i have a problem with shutdown, when i shutdown the pc then my pc shutdown but message appeare “its now safe turn off your pc” then i push the power button and my pc become off.i want that my pc will be auto shutdown when i click shutdown.
