PC Startup problem

When I turn-on PC, only can see the ‘power-on’ light, fan spin & CD-R light is also on, but nothing comes up, no BIOS & no display.

The problem is intermittence. Sometime can startup. After few days/weeks then die again.

Because of this reason i already changed mainboard/processor/RAM to new.

Please help…
