PCI Bus Managment

After installing a new motherboard (FIC VC11), during boot it discovers hardware and identifies it as PCI Bus Management and wants to load a driver.

I put the manafactures CD into the CDROM and it can not find it. Same results with the Windows 98 CD.

Who provides this driver and any ideas on why it cant find it on the OEM CD?
