PCI SIMPLE COMMUNICATIONS CONTROLLER

My PCI SCC has a yellow question mark by it in the Device manager of Windows XP, and it is telling me

“The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.”

When I click “Reinstall Driver,” it says that it cannot find the software for the driver. What should I do? Any suggestions?
