pda’s and exchange 5.5

I am looking for a pda palm pilot or ce device with all the blackberry capabilities for dealing with email. It must have always on capability, message filing abilities(i.e. automatically sync emails to filed directories and put sent emails into sent folder in outlook). It must also be able to open up jpg files. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
