PDC & BDC Flip-Flopped during power out.

I have an Exchange Server on Win2K (BDC) and a Win2K (PDC). During a power outage, the two servers flip flopped roles. Short of shutting down power to the PDC, what is the proper way to flip them back to the normal roles. Thank you.
