PDC no longer sees BDC

We moved NT sever PDC to different physical location and different IP address. Everyone can communicate with PDC. PDC can ping BDC. In PDC Server Manager if you click on BDC you get message “The network path was not found.”

How do I make PDC see BDC again and continue synchronizing users?
